RDR Camera and Auger is a local family owed and operated company. Your family health and safety is our top priority, we are closely monitoring COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and its impact on our community. The health and safety of our customers is our highest priority during this time. While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of this virus, we can take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19. We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by the Canadian Government and our local provincial authorities, including:

• Cleaning hands with soap often, for at least 20 seconds.
• Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.
• Keeping the recommended distance away from people.
• Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.
• Covering cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throwing tissue in the trash.
• Staying home when sick.
• Wearing Masks.

We encourage our customers to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or they would like us to take special precautions. We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus and act accordingly.

Protecting the health of our country, our communities and our team is not new to RDR Camera and Auger. Over the past 10 years our Service Professionals have used best practices to maintain the health and safety of themselves and our customers. Our Service Professionals have always used drop cloths to avoid messes, gloves and removed footwear before traveling through the area. We have evolved to provide a more reduced contact experience when interacting with us. We will provide you with an phone, email or text estimate of the work to be performed allowing you to know the cost before we start. On completion, we can create your invoice for service and accept payment via the phone.
